Marta Curran Fàbregas

Marta Curran is a Doctor Associate Professor of Sociology of Education at the Complutense University of Madrid. Her research focuses on the analysis of inequalities in education, the analysis of education policies and transitions. Based on her research career, she has publications in a large number of prestigious journals and has undertaken several research stays at the University of Sussex and the University of Amsterdam. She has also acquired teaching experience over a decade in Sociology of Education courses for different degrees and post-graduate studies. Lastly, she has extensive experience in the coordination and participation in research contracts and academic dissemination primarily focused on issues of early school drop-out and youth policies for different public authorities and private foundations.
